Meet Our Founder
Diana Tiako, RN, BSN
Diana has spent more than ten years as a home care nurse, including deep experience caring for children with complex medical needs. Before she earned her nursing degree, she worked for over five years as a nurse aide, giving hands-on care every day.
Coming up that way, from aide to registered nurse, shaped how Diana runs Be Well: with genuine respect for caregivers and a real, practical understanding of what good care looks like. She started the agency to bring that same standard of dependable, compassionate care home to families across North Dallas.
